Rogue Outdoors ships to all 50 US States for your convenience. Rogue Outdoors does not ship to Canada, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Please check back as we are looking to expand our shipping destinations soon.
Packaging & Shipping
Rogue Outdoors works hard to ensure your Rogue Outdoors purchase will arrive safely to you. If your Rogue Outdoors purchase is damaged on arrival, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt at time of delivery for Rogue Outdoors to fix or replace your Rogue Outdoors purchase.
Shipping Method
Rogue Outdoors ships large Rogue Outdoors products via Freight. Small products are shipped via a small package handler such as UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Rogue Outdoors reserves the right at our sole discretion to ship with the freight carrier or small package handler of our choice based on a variety of reasons at the time of shipment.
Shipping Insurance
All Rogue Outdoors purchases require shipping insurance on all our products. This ensures your Rogue Outdoors purchase reaches you safely. The shipping insurance cost is included in your shipping costs.
Product Shipping Time
Most Rogue Outdoors products are in stock for immediate shipping. Most in stock Rogue Outdoors products will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment is cleared. The delivery time for some Rogue Outdoors products can take 8-12 weeks as there is a high demand. Please call 1-866-967-5820 or email customerservice@rogueoutdoors.com for current Rogue Outdoors product availability.
Delivery Time
For items shipped as freight: The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange the delivery time. The phone number you provided during check out is the phone number the freight carrier will contact you at to make delivery arrangements. Available delivery times vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Please make all necessary arrangements to be available when your Rogue Outdoors purchase is being delivered. Once delivery times are set, Rogue Outdoors is unable to stop the freight carrier from delivering your Rogue Outdoors purchase.
Delivery Inspection and Damaged Products
Upon delivery and before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt, quickly inspect your Rogue Outdoors purchase for any damage including crushing, dings, dents, crumpling, etc. If there is any damage, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing in order to make a damage claim. If you did not note any damage on the delivery receipt, Rogue Outdoors cannot process your damage claim.
If there are errors in your Rogue Outdoors order, you must call 1-866-967-5820 within 24 business hours to report any errors.
Miss, Refuse, or Return Delivery
If you miss your delivery appointment(s), refuse, or return your Rogue Outdoors product, you will be charged original shipping costs and return shipping cost. Original and return shipping charges can range between $5 and $500 or more, depending on the Rogue Outdoors product size and weight. All of your Rogue Outdoors products returned will be inspected upon reaching the Rogue Outdoors warehouse. If your Rogue Outdoors product is not in its original, new, unopened condition, you may be charged for any Rogue Outdoors product(s) damage or wear.
Other Important Delivery Information
If you notice obvious damage during Rogue Outdoors product delivery, you may ask the freight carrier's driver to open the Rogue Outdoors package and inspect the contents with you. If damage is found during inspection write clearly and completely exactly what is damaged on the delivery receipt before signing. Make sure to keep a delivery receipt copy with your damage notations and contact Rogue Outdoors Customer Service right away (no longer than within 24 business hours) at 1-866-967-5820.
After accepting your Rogue Outdoors product's delivery, please keep all packaging materials for 7 days.
Delivery Location
Most Rogue Outdoors freight delivery purchases are delivered curbside to your home, so you have the opportunity to place your Rogue Outdoors purchase where you would like too. Hot Tub and Spa purchases will be delivered street side to your home or business, as these large products are too large to fit on a liftgate. Please arrange to have a 5-6 person team to unload your hot tub or spa purchase from the truck or have a forklift on-site to unload it from the truck. Hot tubs and Spas may also be picked up with a trailer at your local terminal.
Additional Shipping Fees:
Redelivery
You will be charged redelivery fees ranging from $25 - $125 if you miss your delivery appointment. The freight carrier's decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at their discretion. Your Rogue Outdoors purchase may be returned to Rogue Outdoors's warehouse if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. If this happens, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or exchange refund. Please read Rogue Outdoors's Refused Delivery section for more details.
Storage Charge
When the freight carrier contacts you to arrange your delivery time, you must respond to their call within 1 business day. If the freight carrier does not hear from you and needs to place your Rogue Outdoors purchase in storage, you will be charged storage fees up to $50 per day. This daily storage fee may also apply if you do not accept the delivery within 3 business days of the freight carrier contacting you.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged Rogue Outdoors purchase, you're responsible for all return shipping costs plus original shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges can range between $30 and $800 or more depending on the size and weight of the item. Some Rogue Outdoors items may also incur a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% of your Rogue Outdoors item's price. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return shipping fees may be deducted from your merchandise credit or exchange, in addition to the original shipping charges after the Rogue Outdoors item is received at the Rogue Outdoors Warehouse.
Time Specific Fee
Freight carriers do their best to schedule a convenient delivery time with you. If you need to request a specific delivery time outside the freight carrier's normal business hours, a "Time Specific" fee ranging from $75 to $125 may apply. Available delivery times are made exclusively by the freight carrier and certain days and times may not be available in all locations.
Stair Carry/Extra Labor Fee
If you would like or need your item carried inside your residence, business, or other facility or up any flights of stairs, additional fees may apply. Residences or businesses that have steep uphill or downhill slopes leading to the entryway may also be charged additional fees. These additional fees usually range from $25 to $50 and are negotiated with and paid directly to the freight carrier driver making the delivery. These extra delivery options are not available in all locations.
By purchasing a Rogue Outdoors oversized product, you authorize Rogue Outdoors and/or the freight carrier to assess additional fees to your credit card as needed according to the fee schedule herein.
White Glove Delivery
You may request some Rogue Outdoors products to be delivered with White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee that you pay directly to the freight carrier. White Glove Delivery service includes inside placement up to two flights of stairs, unpacking of Rogue Outdoors items, debris removal, and limited set up of product (15 minutes, no use of tools). The freight carrier will schedule your White Glove Delivery appointment for a 4-hour window generally between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending on the freight carrier, you may be able to request additional services. Freight carriers may charge you for additional services you request.
PLEASE NOTE: Thoroughly inspect the assembled Rogue Outdoors product before signing the delivery paperwork. Make clear notes of any damage, blemish, or defect on the delivery paperwork. Signing for a White Glove Delivery without noting any problems on the delivery paperwork indicates the Rogue Outdoors product was in good condition upon assembly. Rogue Outdoors, our suppliers, and our carriers are not responsible for any damage, defects, or blemishes (tears, scuffs, dings, dents, holes, etc.) which are not noted on the delivery paperwork.
When you purchase an oversized Rogue Outdoors product, you authorize Rogue Outdoors and/or its freight carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as needed according to the fee schedule described herein. Rogue Outdoors may deduct original and return shipping costs from your merchandise credit or exchange or otherwise charge them to your credit card after the product is returned.
Freight carriers provide different service levels for oversized items. Our freight carriers will provide oversized standard delivery service (which is curbside delivery only) unless White Glove Delivery is requested, available, and you pay the extra charges for White Glove Delivery.
Oversized Standard Delivery
Rogue Outdoors oversized items are normally delivered within 3 days to 6 weeks from the ship date. These Rogue Outdoors items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address (curbside delivery). Rogue Outdoors may charge additional shipping charges to ship oversized Rogue Outdoors items to rural routes, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, US territory islands, and areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers. Rogue Outdoors does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Most freight carriers will carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee. For more information, please review our Stair Carry/Extra Labor Fee section.
Limited Warranty
Rogue Outdoors works hard to provide you top quality outdoor products including the best camping, climbing, fishing, hiking, backpacking, and hunting gear. This Rogue Outdoors-Limited Warranty provides you the protection you want when purchasing the finest camping, climbing, fishing, hiking, backpacking, and hunting gear.
What You Need to File a Rogue Outdoors - Limited Warranty Claim:
To file a Rogue Outdoors Limited Warranty Claim, you need a Rogue Outdoors Sale Invoice, professional installation/service sales receipt, and picture of broken part.
How to File a Rogue Outdoors - Limited Warranty Claim:
Simply e-mail Rogue Outdoors a photo of the broken part, professional installation/service sales receipt, and a copy of your Rogue Outdoors Sales Invoice to warrantyclaims@rogueoutdoors.com
Once all required papers are received, Rogue Outdoors will send you the replacement by mail. All you pay for is the shipping and labor cost. Please note you may be required to ship the malfunctioning part/unit back to Rogue Outdoors before we can replace the part.
Limited Warranty-Exclusions
Our Limited Warranty is valid for any product displaying warranty information in the product description. This Rogue Outdoors-Limited Warranty:
- Does not include labor or shipping.
- Does not include routine maintenance, servicing or alterations.
- Does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, receives improper maintenance, acts of God, or damaged through accident or abuse.
- Only applies when installation and service is performed by licensed qualified professionals. Installation or service by unqualified persons voids the warranty.
- Only good for original purchaser. If the original Rogue Outdoors product purchaser gives/sells the Rogue Outdoors product to someone else, the Rogue Outdoors Limited Warranty is void.
- Is void if the Rogue Outdoors product is not used within 6 months of delivery.
Rogue Outdoors – Limited Warranty Disputes
Any lawsuit alleging breach of this limited Rogue Outdoors warranty shall be commenced within 90 business days from the date of breach. Rogue Outdoors is not liable for the loss of use of the Rogue Outdoors product or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall Rogue Outdoors or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties.

All Rogue Outdoors-Limited Warranty specifications are subject to change without any notice.
Rogue Outdoors can ship commonly replaced parts within 2 business days once proper documentation is completed. In the rare circumstance a Rogue Outdoors part is not in stock, it may take 6-8 weeks to receive the replacement part.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you would like to return your Rogue Outdoors purchase, just return it within 7 days after you receive it for a merchandise credit or exchange.
Please note, all Rogue Outdoors returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Rogue Outdoors items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the Rogue Outdoors product's original price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, Rogue Outdoors may deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your merchandise credit or exchange. A 15-25% restocking fee may apply and be deducted from your merchandise credit or exchange for any returned item.
If you wish to return your Rogue Outdoors purchase, simply contact Rogue Outdoors by phone at 1-866-967-5820 or email customerservice@rogueoutdoors.com to let us know you're returning your Rogue Outdoors purchase and obtain an RMA number.
Buyers pay for all delivery and return freight charges and are responsible for repackaging and securing product(s) for return shipping. (We can schedule return shipping pick up.)
Once Rogue Outdoors receives and confirms your Rogue Outdoors product's safe return and condition, a refund will be issued by merchandise credit or exchange only.
Please ensure Rogue Outdoors has all your correct information including name, phone, credit card information, and mailing address.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your Rogue Outdoors order, you may do so anytime before your Rogue Outdoors item is shipped. A 15-25% restocking fee may apply and be deducted from your refund. After your Rogue Outdoors item is shipped you are not able to cancel your Rogue Outdoors order.
Product Installation
Rogue Outdoors provides quality products to you so your licensed professional can install Rogue Outdoors products at your convenience.
Please check with a local professional or your local municipalities to ensure your product passes local code requirements. Rogue Outdoors is not responsible for any type of loss, including but not limited to time and money lost, or any other liability if your Rogue Outdoors product does not pass your local code requirements.

Arbitration Policy
Rogue Outdoors works hard to ensure customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of Rogue Outdoors’s business practices, policies, products, and various interactions. Any and all disputes, claims, or disagreement arising between you and Rogue Outdoors not resolved within 45 business days shall and must be resolved using an arbitration administrator. An Arbitration Administrator will be selected when a claim is filed and done in accordance with the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitration will occur within or as close as possible to the Greater Kansas City, Missouri Area.
Each party, claimant and Rogue Outdoors, shall bear responsibility for their respective expenses, except as provided by law. The Arbitration decision and resolution, which must be in writing and within 90 business days, is final and binding for all parties except as pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) 9 U.S.C. Sections 1 - 16.
If a party fails to proceed and participate with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitration decision(s), and/or does not meet the terms of the arbitration decision, the other party is entitled to the costs of the claim to include sensible lawyer experiences due to having to defend, enforce, or require fulfillment of the arbitration decision.
